Creating a world of clean, accessible water.
Creating the New World of Water
PureBlue has big dreams and incredible leadership. Their team is passionate and clear, with plans to completely overhaul and reimagine communication amongst the entire water industry. The company has three core areas, an accelerator program, a non-profit cohort, and a water technology hub. The design of the parent company, PureBlue, will be used as a core design that guides the branding of the subsidiaries as the company grows. Design is ongoing.
Development for PureBlue required understanding a conservative industry with slow innovation. Municipalities and end users are nervous around new technologies because their failure would be to the detriment of public safety. Conversely, technological and scientific advancements are coming in at an alarming rate, and need to be seen, filtered, and placed in front of appropriate end users as quickly as possible.
PureBlue's design strategy needed to speak to many sides of a table. We needed something striking that would cause emotional draw in innovators while remaining conservative and clean enough for end users. The final designs, palette, patterns, and logo marks are flexible enough to speak across audiences and bold enough to create a core, recognizable corporate identity.
